L’Osservatorio Giustizia Civile Milano ha pubblicato le nuove tabelle milanesi per la liquidazione del danno non patrimoniale.
Il gruppo di lavoro, coordinato dal dr. Damiano Spera, ha aggiornato le tabelle precedenti, oltre che sulla base dell’indice ISTAT, anche in ragione degli addenda monetari delle singole componenti del danno non patrimoniale alla luce degli orientamenti della recente giurisprudenza di legittimità.
