Course of Advanced Education ‘‘Dealing with GDPR and CTR: personal data protection and clinical trials. Legal support to Research & Development & Innovation’’
The course aims to train GIURISTS, privacy consultants, data protection officers,
doctors, health personnel, researchers, developers on the following profiles:
– EU Reg. 679/2016: processing of health data for scientific research purposes.
– Deontological rules in treatments for scientific research and scientific statistics.
– Reg. 534/2016 on Clinical Trials Regulation
