Le attività didattiche, di ricerca e terza missione si inseriscono nell’ambito dei più recenti dibattiti in materia di relazioni familiari e protezione dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza in una prospettiva nazionale, europea e comparata, nel solco della prestigiosa tradizione di studi di diritto della famiglia alla Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.

The teaching, research and third mission activities are part of the most recent debates on family relations and children’s protection in a national, European and comparative perspective, in the wake of the prestigious tradition of family law studies at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.

Our research activities currently refer to:

• Protection and promotion of children’s rights (also in the IoT and with respect to AI-based systems);
• Family models and welfare;
• Remedies and measures of family solidarity (civil liability in family relations, patrimonial measures such as maintenance and divorce allowance)

Le nostre attività di ricerca attualmente si concentrano sui seguenti temi:

• Tutela e promozione dei diritti dei bambini (anche nell’IoT e rispetto ai sistemi basati sull’IA);
• Modelli familiari e welfare;
• Rimedi e misure di solidarietà familiare (responsabilità civile nelle relazioni familiari, misure patrimoniali come mantenimento e assegno divorzile)

Nell’ambito della linea di ricerca esploriamo temi trasversali rispetto alle sfide della digitalizzazione, concentrandoci su:
